The premises were as mentioned, nicely renovated. Secure, clean and quiet. Great to relax after a long day at work.

We had a really nice time at the place. It was just a tram away from CBD and you could just get it from across the road. The place was very clean and had all necessary amenities, check-in and check-out was easy and everything was as expected. Would be glad to stay here again!

Susan’s place was walking distance to Flemington Racecourse and was very convenient for us as we were heading there for a music festival. The free outdoor parking was great and the place was as described. Susan was also really responsive to any questions that I had and we would stay here again!

Susan was a wonderful host and communicator The unit was very comfortable but it was extremely noisy Lots of people around and walls a bit thin Location good close to trams and easy access to shops

Susan was very prompt/helpful in her responses. The place is approx. AUS$55 cab/uber from airport (tried both). The place is also 10-15 minutes' walk from train to the CBD. Not a lot of places close to eat other than a Pizza place and a Tavern, which also has a supermarket (these are next to the train station). These are in one direction - the opposite directions were not searched. Susan responded to my query regarding my bed requirements. The bed is actually two singles joined, which are different heights and are quite low to the ground, spongy and not particularly firm. This will obviously only be an issue for certain people and is for information only. An item outside of Susan's control was that people congregated outside in the car park on all three nights of my stay. Noise travelled easily from there and the other apartments. On each of the nights, one person attempted to throw stones and shout to get the attention of a person in the room above the apartment in the early hours!
