We really enjoyed our stay in Cyril’s place, and although we didn’t spend much time there, we had most of what we needed, except for a hairdryer. It’s not part of the listing, I see that in now, but it’s really recommendable to have in a rental flat. Bed and linen were super comfortable, and there is also a washing machine in the apartment, in case of longer stays. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and particularly the immediate access to a stroll in Père Lachaise and the little ecological collective garden right next to the building. The apartment is on the fifth floor with no elevator in the building, so it is not accessible to people with disabilities or difficulties walking up many flights of stairs. All in all we recommend the place and would gladly stay again.

L’appartement de Cyril est idéalement situé à proximité immédiate d’un métro. Il est propre et au calme, joliment décoré et pourvu de toutes les commodités (petite cuisine, machine à café et capsules, bureau, penderie etc..) Y séjourner, même brièvement, fut très agréable. La communication avec Cyril était fluide.

Good studio to stay at for 1 night stay. The studio is clean, but if you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs as you hear the neighbours next door and walking around upstairs. The bathroom is very small as is the shower even for a slim guy like me. I didn't like the neighbourhood particularly but nothing particularly wrong about it. I would say if like me you use the flat to sleep in for 1 night, it does the job.
