Double booked. Made my guest get out while I was at work after I booked for 4 nights. Promised a free night then only refunded $328 on a $512 payment. Left me scrambling for another place to stay. Still haven’t received my money. It’s stuck in Z E L L E limbo somewhere? I’m pretty sure she doesn’t care. Waste of time, energy and money.
My experience reached my expectations.
