Very cute little home, clean, had everything we needed and so close to the River ! Only bummer is that the pool and River slide were closed, kids were a little bummed out but that’s on us, we should have checked the resort website so we knew what to expect. We had an awesome weekend, will be back in the summer Thank you Charlie!

This little home was great for our family. The kids loved the loft space. Everything was very clean. Instructions were very clear. This house is located in an RV resort right on the Colorado river. It was a nice location and the pool was well kept. We will definitely return again.

We stayed 2 nights at this house. It is located in a gated RV community on the Arizona side of the California border. The RV park has a laundry room, riverfront beach, and activities in the clubhouse. One night there was a bingo game and I’m sure there is a schedule of activities. Very clean new place with a good area for walks. Will come again.
