Nice place, got what we paid for

Bottom line up front, this place had filthy/moldy bathroom (covered in hair), loud AC in the bed rooms, an unfinished laundry room (still with laundry), a dirty/leaky pool, and was located next to a hoarders house...and the final straw came when we noticed it had roaches in the kitchen and living room. At the beginning of our stay our power went out in the middle of the night, and after informing the owner, we were told there was nothing they could do nor compensate for our inconvenience. We ultimately had to throw away a lot of our food before we just decided to find other accommodations. This is definitely not worth the money or hassle.

With the rivers being low, we wanted a place to just get out of the heat. We booked the house for the pool and it did not disappoint. House was cool inside and comfortable. Small kitchen, no dining area but the backyard had all we needed to BBQ. It's not the prettiest neighborhood but we're busy enjoying the backyard! Price is right
