Sondra is absolutely the sweetest woman and has a very cozy and country feeling place. It fits so many people comfortably and a great get away place to enjoy the outdoors just an hour from San Antonio. Lots of outside entertainment including a beautiful porch, fireplace, large TV and outside kitchen! She was very flexible and accommodating which allowed us to enjoy our weekend hunting at a nearby ranch. Will definitely be coming back and enjoying her place again.

Great space for a somewhat off grid get away. We enjoyed our time at the place but it was a little bit more like camping than maybe we expected. That wasn’t a negative for us but a much needed retreat. We highly recommend the place but prepare for some great wildlife and a few critters in the summer.

This place is huge. Very peaceful location. Quiet and lots of wildlife. Sondra was super friendly and responsive. The inside of the home was very cool. There were also a lot of games to play. The water is within about a minute or so walk. The house also has fishing poles. We had a lot of fun. A couple of things to note. There are a lot of scorpions. We saw about five while out there. That goes with being out in the country. But just be sure to not leave your bags open and to check your shoes before you put them on. Also, the downstairs area was a bit dusty. I know that goes with being out in the country too. But it caused my brothers allergies to act up pretty badly. So bring extra allergy meds.
