The outdoor garden includes a patio with a small fish pond and fountain. The two bedrooms have attached bathrooms, ceiling fans and a/c. The modern bathrooms have built-in vanities, glass shower enclosures, and hot water on demand. A limited supply of clean linens, towels, and toiletries is made available for guests. We have provided laundry baskets for dirty clothes in both bathrooms. Two foldable beds along with mattresses and pillows are made available at request. The fully functional kitchen has a refrigerator, grinder, aquaguard filtration, 3 stove burner, and microwave. In addition, cooking amenities like cookware, glasses, cups, utensils, etc. are available for use. Cooking supplies such as coffee, sugar, tea, rice, salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. are also made available for the guests. The guests can park their car within the compound, only 1 car is allowed. We have 40 Mbps fiber wifi for working from home. We have a washing machine upstairs for your use and lines to air-dry clothes on the terrace. Also, we have backup battery power (an inverter) for power outages. The interior central courtyard with four pillars (Nalukettu) is about 2 feet deep and open to the sky. It is not safe to have unattended infants around this interior courtyard. The glass-domed top cover of the enclosure can be opened up if the guest would like to enjoy rainfall or to allow sun/moonlight to come into the house. Please ask the caretaker for assistance; he will ensure that the top cover is secured during the night. The outdoor patio includes a pergola with seating arrangements & a walkable garden area with a water fountain & an exterior pond. The bougainvilleas and passion fruit vines are trained to grow onto the pergola for support. We are growing water-lilies and lotuses in our tiny pond. Yes, if you look closely for some time, you will find a happy tortoise in the pond. The lights surrounding the water fountain can be turned on in the evening. We have planted fruit trees around the garden, including guava, papaya, mango, and jackfruit. If you find fruits in these young plants, please feel free to take one and enjoy it.
