Reach out if you have questions! Every room comes with air conditioner in the apartment. Given humidity in the city, this will come as a respite to travellers! Below is a description of every room in the apartment. Note that the apartment has 3 bedrooms with beds available in 2 of the 3 rooms. We have turned the 3rd bedroom into a working room. Living room: 50 inch TV with OTT included, and WiFi included. A family dining table right next to the balcony Kitchen: Modular with fridge, induction heater, gas stove and utensils. Basic amenities are also included Bedroom 1: Spacious room with queen-sized bed and attached bathroom. This room also feature an attached balcony with plants and seating Bedroom 2: Spacious room with queen-sized bed and attached bathroom Bedroom 3: This is working space in the apartment. Comes with a working desk, ergonomic chair and a very comfortable sofa.

Stay Was good and place was awesome...Host is very friendly and given lots of information which helped us a lot...we had a pleasant stay....cant deny that...we are happy and enjoyed our stay....but my personal feeling is that the pricing is on a higher side..two micro families paying 7k+ for a night is bit high is what a feel....apart from that there is nothing much to point out....

We loved staying at Dilip’s apartment .It is very tastefully done with modern interiors and electronics.The place is very well kept with fresh bedsheets etc and has all the amenities for a short or long stay.The bathrooms were clean and had bottles of good quality shampoo ,body wash and conditioners . The building is new and easy to find as it is next to Sum hospital. I definitely plan to stay there again.
We felt at home during our stay. The place is well maintained, clean and equipped with all necessities. Special Thanks to Dilip Sir for accommodating early checkin and being so helpful throughout the stay. Everything about the stay is just perfect.

The Airbnb is right next to SUM Ultimate and SUM Medical College. The place has greenery all around. Udaygiri and Khandagiri are close-by and definitely worth a visit
If you got a car, ask the security in the building for the reserved parking spot of the apartment.
If you didn't bring a car with you, you can easily get around using Uber and Ola is the neighborhood.
