Le logement de Theresita est parfait pour un séjour à NY. Il est très agréable de pouvoir se reposer dans un environnement calme après une journée de visite. Différentes lignes de métro sont accessibles rapidement à pied. La chambre et la salle de bain sont très propres et bien équipée. Et le fait de partager la salle de bain n'a jamais causé de problème. Theresita répond très vite aux messages. Nous recommandons+++

Theresita’s place is absolutely clean and wonderful, I enjoyed the tasteful artwork posted throughout the place and how clean everything was. The location itself is great as well, it is a short walk to the 135 st subway station and only a few stops away from time square where I could easily transfer to other subway lines so it’s really convenient to get around the city. Theresita herself is very responsive and accommodating. I arrived way earlier than expected and she let me drop off my luggage first, provided me with eating utensils and even grocery bags/umbrellas so I could buy my favorite food from nearby store in the rain. During my stay there was a 4.8 earthquake in NY, I didn’t really feel it because I was riding subway and thought it was really bumpy for some reason, and Theresita kindly checked in with me to ask if I was okay and we had fun discussing the history of earthquakes in NY and her experiences. 100% would recommend and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Precioso apartamento en una estupenda ubicación, muy bien comunicada y en una zona del barrio de Harlem estupenda. La comunicación con Theresita muy buena. Recomendado 100%.

Theresita is really nice and welcoming! She let us use her umbrellas and gave us a lot of privacy. The room was in a historic house in Harlem, close to the subway and really clean, although since it was a bit old the heating system made some noises in the night, but nothing that we couldn't get used to. Overall it was a very good experience for a great price!
