We fell in love with the house and property. It was the perfect home to welcome the new year. The beds/rooms were all comfortable, a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Even the couch ms were perfect for watching football on Sunday. The kids loved the playground but we had to keep an eye out for several dog poops in the backyard, some of them were fresh. We will definitely be back!

- Beautiful view - large open floor plan with kitchen, dining, and living room. - Tons of land to walk and explore. - Host offered for us to cut down one of their pine trees since we were staying over Christmas. - very secluded from neighbors - Lots of indoor and outdoor games and even gaming consoles. What I would emphasize for potential renters: - there’s no internet (which was stated in the description). - Minimal kitchen storage available for food outside of the fridge. - there were clothes and shoes in the closets from the owners. (I assume they stay there with some frequency). One warning not directly related to the host or lodging itself… if your directions suggest you turn onto Stallion Way from highway 4… DO NOT LISTEN to it. Take Appaloosa instead. The stallion way route goes VERY off road in its terrain. Our directions took us this way and we barely made it, even in an SUV. All in all, a great place with an amazing view that we are considering returning to.

Beautiful home with spectacular views. Beds were comfortable. Lots of towels and extra blankets if needed. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities and lots of spices. Bbq was a plus. Lots of games for the kids to play. I would highly recommend this place.

Upon arrival, it was discovered that the cleaners had not shown up to clean the house prior to our arrival. We called the host and he quickly had an alternate cleaner come in and get the house in tip top shape. We appreciate the quick response and remedy. This house is beautiful. The view of the lake is amazing. This is the second time we have stayed in this house and will consider staying again in the future. Plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay.
