Wonderful, wonderful host! Very responsive, went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect!! We were there for the total eclipse in April, so there were beautiful flowering trees all over the place. The pictures were very helpful in finding the driveway and the cabin, as it is in a very rural area. The beds were comfortable, and the cabin had a nice rustic feel to it. The front porch had many camp chairs set up for use, including a rocking chair, which I loved! The cabin is on a dirt road, so be prepared for a lot of dust on your car, but the cabin itself is very clean and well furnished. It is not baby proof, but we were able to block the kitchen area with a mattress for the few hours my 2 yr old grandson was with us. Overall, a very wonderful experience! Far enough out to be secluded, but close enough to gas stations and grocery stores to be convenient. LOTS of access to nature, whatever you're looking for. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great place to stay at, only downside (modern day problem) is no wifi and the tv only gets three channels. Other than those two minor inconveniences it was a great place.

Came to the area to hunt duck creek conservation and this place is less then a 7 minute drive and has way more then what is needed for that worth the stay!!

After booking this cabin for the second time the experience is life changing. Dave and Melissa or now like family and There will be many more trips in the future ! Only downside to this who experience is having to leave!
