Rosemary‘s place is absolutely breathtaking on the water. You can watch the boats coming in and leaving. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Relaxing on the balcony overlooking the water is very peaceful. She is also very responsive.

Great location on a dead-end road. Quiet and convenient. New management is working to make this property a sought-after destination. Parking is ample. Nearby Marina restaurant, Waffle House, and Gas Station right outside the neighborhood.
Ample parking in an open lot near the building. Gate access after hours. The office/gym is located on the 1st floor of the building (1244) closest to Phil’s Marina.
I-10 access just a quick mile from the neighborhood.
