St Kilda East, is renowned for it's cafes, leafy streets and is ideally situated within a 12 minute walk to Chapel Street, Melbourne's premier shopping strip, and very close to the beach and Melbourne CBD.
Feel like a coffee or brunch, we have 2 great locals, Blencowes Milkbar (4.7) just down on Inkerman Street under the railway line and Neighbourhood Café on the corner of Chapel and Inkerman. These are both a 2-minute walk.
Feel like a pub meal or bottle of vino, The Dick Whittington is a great pub within 300m.
Need a gym session, Fitness First is literally a stone throw and has court and pool facilities.
You are absolutely spoilt for lifestyle and choice. On Chapel Street in Windsor, you have Hawker Hall by the Lucas Group, Hannoi Hannah, Gelato Messina, Tokyo Tina, Neptune Food and Wine and Maha East (our favourite).
Head to Balaclava, so many choices including the new Moonhouse, another venture by the Commune Group. The Wall, Las Chicas, The Local, Pretty Little, Tulum and the best and cheapest fish n chips southside under the Railway Line.

A 7 minute walk to Carlisle Street for shopping and cafes and the best local park 400m from your doorstep. There are ovals for running, free outdoor gym equipment and one of the best children's playgrounds in the area. Alma park is actually 2 large parks split by a train line, the right hand side is a dog friendly park where dogs can be let off the lead.
It really is hard to beat the location, you can walk through Alma Park to Windsor in 12 minutes or if you are feeling lazy, walk out the front door, turn left and walk to Chapel Street (1 minute) and catch the 78 tram. From Windsor you can be at Flinders Street in 11 minutes on the train, jump off at Richmond for the MCG/ Tennis Centre for events. Head the other way and you can catch the Number 16 tram to St Kilda Beach from Carlilse Street and jump on the light rail which takes you all the way to Southern Cross.
Commutes to the city are easy. Commutes to the beach are easy, you do not need a car. Walk, run, pickup a lime electric scooter or bike, its faster and way more fun. Parking in our street is unrestricted.
