We had an amazing stay at Charm on Chapel, and will come back as soon as we have a chance again! The hosts, Paula & Tony, were super kind and attentive to details. They proactively identified an issue (that was not a problem for us at the end) and promptly came to try to resolve. What we thought it would be an issue, the lack of carpark space, was not at all. We found easily everyday a good spot in the street and most of time right in front the our door. Highlights: - close to the main avenue with a lot of good restaurants and shops and at the same time a quiet place - very close to public transportation (tram 6 and 78 + 43-Windsor Railway Station) - amazing showers (2) - heated floor in the bathroom - air-con in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room - system sound around the house - plug and play - cozy BBQ area (there is a even a outdoor heater!!) - comfortable bedrooms - well decorate place, as in the pictures I recommend 100%!

Chapel Street Charm was an amazing place to stay. Tastefully styled, clean and comfortable. A welcome card and chocolates added that personal touch. Everything you need and a stone throw to some amazing restaurants, bars and trams, trains for a quick trip to the city. Would throughly recommend. Host extremely attentive.
