Welcome to my clean, comfortable semi located in South St. Catharines, backing onto the Garden City Golf Course. My place is a 5 minute drive to the downtown core where you'll find great restaurants, bars, festivals and markets. You're also only a 20 minute drive to the many attractions of Niagara Falls or wineries, breweries and shops in Niagara on the Lake. My place has 3 bedrooms plus a pull out couch to fit the whole family or group. The master bed has a king bed with a comfortable Douglas mattress (made in Canada) and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and single on top. All bedrooms have a fan in case you need one to sleep, like I do! The house also has central air. The main floor has a stocked kitchen, dining room for 6 and living room with 65 inch TV available for streaming your favourite shows (sorry, no cable). The dining room leads out to a private backyard space. The house backs onto a golf course and has a treed lot on one side. In the back is a deck with a BBQ, patio table for 6 and large umbrella for shade. Off the deck is a patio with hammock to relax in and a large gazebo with propane fire table to enjoy the summer nights.
