The AC upstairs in this unit was not working. The comment right before our stay said the same but I assumed it had been fixed. Wrong! The host was not helpful about the fact that we could not even use the Master Bedroom upstairs. asked me to describe the technician that came to look at it because they has no idea who came to check it out and offer no solution. I had to ask for a fan and the host said "Ill see what I can do"!? When the maintenance man showed up with a fan his main concern was when were we going to be leaving so he could come back and get it...

Elevator was not working when we arrived. Waited 4 hrs before repairs were done. We had to carry 9 luggage bags etc up 12 flights of stairs. When we got to the room finally the ac wasn’t cooling. Had ac set on 69 it was 76. Okay unit. Had broken towel rack. A small list of other things. The part that gets me as when you text your host she could really care less.
