Franks place was absolutely perfect. Stayed with family and our 2 & 1/2 year old granddaughter. What an amazing place for families with children. Condo was extremely clean and amazing and comfortable furnishings. Close to lots of restaurants and amenities. Frank was very patient as I had alot of questions before arriving, he answered my questions and gave me lots of info . Didn't need to reach out to him during our stay as there was absolutely no issues as all. I would recommend to anyone , just book, you won't regret it! I hope to return one day and would definitely stay there again.

We had a great long weekend. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our large family (7 children and 2 parents.) Thoughtfully furnished and well equipped to make it home away from home. There were even family games our kids quickly found and we all enjoyed. The ocean is just steps away and the kids loved the little water park (and the parents were glad it was heated!) Lots of food and entertainment choices a short drive away.

We loved our stay here. The condo was clean, comfortable, and fully furnished. The facility itself offered many activities. It was on the beach, had a wonderful outdoor playground and pool, and a fully enclosed indoor water park which was perfect for colder days. There are restaurants and a gift shop also on the property. I highly recommend!

My family and I had a great stay! It had everything we needed and the coffee was a plus! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and most definitely be back!

Location is very close to the elevator making it extremely easy to go to and from the unit. Waterpark and close proximity to the beach was really helpful to us with a young toddler who loved the attractions. Ocean view was very pleasant from the sitting room and balcony. The unit was comfortable for our large party and Frank is a wonderful and responsive host who tended immediately to our every need.
