Our stay at Shaun’s condo in Dunes Village was wonderful. We had a small hiccup on the day of arrival with the fridge, however, Shaun fixed it ASAP and he was extremely helpful, understanding and responsive. The condo was pristine and beautiful. It exceeded our needs and expectations. The views, resort and location of the condo were amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough. My family and I will definitely be back and hope to book Shaun’s condo again.

Shaun's condo was excellent! It had a great layout and was quite clean! The resort was great with some awesome amenities. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and spacious layout and nice decor inside the condo. Beautiful balcony view looking out on the beach and ocean! Would certainly recommend to anyone looking to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shaun's place, he has done an excellent job of creating a welcoming space that has everything you need and is extremely well maintained. When we first arrived we were a little concerned because the overall property is a little dated but once you step inside Shaun's condo it is completely different and he has maximized every inch of it. We had a couple of typical questions during the stay and Shaun was always incredibly responsive and helpful. We have a twelve year old and a fifteen year old and they both had a great time here. It is also in the sweet spot for much younger children with the water slides and play areas. I would definitely recommend to anyone with kids to stay here if coming to Myrtle.

What a perfect hidden gem. We stay in Myrtle Beach all the time, and this place was unlike any where we have stayed before. It was beautiful, quiet, and charming. The indoor pools and slides made for a perfect off season get away, and we can't wait to go back in the summer!
