Located in the Emerald Island Resort, this gated 24-hour secure family resort is just minutes from Disney and all Orlando theme parks and attractions, and offers a large community swimming pool, tiki bar and grill, mini-golf, tennis and basketball courts, fitness center and more. The home's theme combines the worlds of magic and gaming, with the entire home transporting you into a whole new world. The home features: - Fully updated and equipped kitchen, with eat-in kitchen island table and all new appliances. - Large Hogwart's themed dining room that seats more than 12 people. - Private pool deck with comfortable patio furniture. - Large swimming pool with water slide. Pool heating fee additional $25 per day, but does NOT heat the spa. The spa is NOT a hot tub. The pool heating is the same temperature as the spa. - Large flat screen smart TVs with cable and streaming service options throughout the house. - Zelda themed arcade featuring classic video games, and additional Mario World themed gaming room. - Six total bedrooms including two master bedrooms with King beds, two queen bedrooms, and two rooms with two full beds and two twin beds. - Plenty of free, adequate parking, 3-4 normal cars in the driveway, and street parking. - Free, fast and reliable WiFi internet - ULTRAFAST 500 Mbps - Central air conditioning and heating - Washer and dryer and more! - The community recently started charging a $20 per car access/resort fee. We do not agree with this, and they do not enforce it, so we'll leave it up to you if you want to purchase the access card. (It makes going through the gate faster. Mario game-room loft: - Furnished with a comfortable couch and large smart gaming TV with Pandora G-Box featuring hundreds of classic games, and ability to connect your own gaming systems. Covered pool deck area: - Completely enclosed, minimal bugs and mosquitos - Large swimming pool with slide (spa is not a hot tub and does not heat like a hot tub) - Pool heating available at additional $25 per day. (Spa does NOT heat like a hot tub) - Sun Lounge chairs - Seating area with table and chairs -Outdoor ping pong table tennis table - Large outdoor smart TV - Large BBQ Grill with propane tank. (Propane gas is not guaranteed, but can be exchanged or filled at local stores) - Pool safety fence available POOL HEATING FEE = $25/ day, and must include your entire stay. - Must be added to reservation prior to arrival. * Pool disclaimer: Although we will set the Pool temperatures to 86, no specific regular pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 50-60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights. * Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service. We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason. POOL WEEKLY SERVICE: Our pool is serviced once a week to ensure the PH is just right for our guests! Please do not be alarmed if you see someone on the patio checking the pool. Service days are typically on Thursday or Friday. Emerald Island Resort amenities and clubhouse: This private gated resort includes outstanding facilities, including a lakeside beach clubhouse featuring a large resort-style swimming pool with tiki bar, relaxing lounge chairs, fitness center, mini golf, tennis and basketball courts, playground and more, providing enough entertainment without having to leave the community. - The community recently started charging a $20 per car access/resort fee. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests. - To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms, or loft area. - No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and potential visitors who are allergic to certain animals. - No parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. Be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors. - No tape, adhesives, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc. - If using the BBQ grill, please turn off the propane tank after using the grill, and please clean the grates with grill brush after every use. This helps us maintain the grill. - Remotes controls must be left in the rooms they belong. - Remove any leftovers from the refrigerator or any other personal belongings.
