Melissa was very flexible and responsive to our group needs, home was clean, open and more than sufficient room for 6 adults, I would return to this home for a stay. Again, thank you Melissa for being so flexible and responsive to our needs. We had a fantastic time at the Sandhill Crane Festival, both home and festival exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful house. Awesome spaces kitchen with futuristic appliances. Loved the hot tub on the golf course course. Easy to access. Great location

We enjoyed the stay, the furnishings were first rate and the kitchen space, counters and were great. Wish my home in Lafayette had such a nice kitchen. If were my place I would put a larger microwave near the coffee makers, but wasn’t a big deal to use inn the pantry!

We have 2 standard size parking spots and one smaller one that could fit a small car or golf cart. No additional parking is available for cars or boats. If you are bringing a boat & trailer you can call Mardon & moor your boat (boats) at the marina. There is possibly additional parking across the street from Mardon but you will need to verify. Call to reserve your spot before hand :)
