We are renting an area of our house. It is private for your secure stay, with a key code lock entry. 1 bedroom King bed w/ attached bathroom with tub/shower. Upstairs is living/dining/kitchen area. Kitchen has sink, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, all utensils and refrigerator. Living area has sectional couch, 55" TV with Direct TV. Dining area has table, two chairs and a bench seat. This area has its own AC controlled by you. Washer and dryer available as needed. Relaxing and Safe. The living/dining/kitchen area is on its our seperated AC unit. The bedroom, bathroom and laundry are on a floor with AC controlled by owner. The temperature will be 70 degrees year-round.
