Unfortunately we heard at the check in that we needed to pack up and move to their other resort for our last night. As inconvenient as this was, their other resort is just as beautiful and the managers of both places were very helpful. Other issue we had was that, on arrival there wasn’t a room set up for me and my 30+ year old nephew even though we had this clearly communicated upon booking. Again, very helpful in re organising but it took a bit of persuasion and a not so nice telephone conversation before this was sorted. Remainder of our stay was fabulous. Good food, gorgeous setting with stunning, well maintained gardens and lovely staff!

Mooi verblijf. Alles was aanwezig op het park. Bij aankomst wel wat onduidelijkheid over de reservering. Dek maakt de reservering voor je (in mijn geval onder een andere naam). Dit kan je dus zelf ook doen via Booking .com en bleek achteraf goedkoper.
