Beautiful place, gorgeous location, beautifully decorated, and equipped with the basics! Had a wonderful stay and easy and quick drive to downtown portsmouth. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Molly was a pleasure to communicate with. Just be aware that the only access to get upstairs is a tight spiral staircase, it may not be suitable for all families/groups.

Beautiful little beach getaway spot! My husband and I enjoyed our stay with our young son. Very clean and comfortable, and cozy even with it being December on the water. Close to Portsmouth, Kittery, York & more, just a quick drive away. Steps away from a beautiful beach. We had some troubles keeping the tv and our devices connected to the WiFi- however the hosts were very responsive in helping us troubleshoot the router. Overall a great stay and would love to visit again in the warmer months!

Great spot! Beautiful area of Rye and cottage was sunny and inviting. Everything was as advertised! Would highly recommend!

We had a great vacation in Rye. The house was just as presented. Very clean, modern with lots of extra amenities that made you feel right at home. We stayed for 4 nights and appreciated the option of staying less than a week. The beds were comfortable and clean. A very large clean bathroom with plush towels. It is a small place with great attention to detail. It took us a little while to get used to the spiral staircase but after a few trips up and down it was fine. Pirates Cove Beach is absolutely beautiful. It’s a very easy walk from the house. There is a store, an excellent pizza place and a restaurant / bar all within close walking distance. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We hope to visit again.
