This little house is super cute. It's close to beaches and to Portsmouth for great dining options. I would have liked to have seen more outdoor toy options for the kids.(We left the things we bought for our kids for others.. large bouncy balls, a bubble machine and some chalk). It has two small AC units. One for the entire downstairs and one for the kids' loft upstairs. If you run hot, you may want to bring a fan with you. Joel was super easy to communicate with. Very responsive. My biggest concern was that my father in law who is wheelchair bound could access the house. We made it work, but it was not easy. There are bumps/ seams leading from the livingroom to the bathroom and hall. He could not wheel himself over that to get to the restroom. Overall.. great stay.

La maison complètement rénovée, nous a vraiment épaté ! Nous y étions avec nos 2 jeunes enfants (et nos parents), pour un total de 6 adultes et 2 enfants et la maison était parfaite pour nous tous. L'endroit est très propre, décorée avec goût et contient tout le nécessaire pour passer un superbe moment en famille. C'était exactement comme sur les photos en plus d'être extrêmement chaleureux comme endroit. Nous avons passé de belles vacances à la plage! Il faut aussi dire que les hôtes sont vraiment à l'écoute et très accommodants. Ils ont pris les devant en communiquant avec nous dès notre arrivée pour s'assurer que tout était à notre disposition. Nous avons aussi apprécié les jeux de société dans le salon et la grande cours sécuritaire, où on a pu nous dégourdir les jambes et jouer ensemble. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation! On prévoit déjà revenir !

We stayed at Joel’s with our kids for a family holiday and it did not disappoint! The kids LOVED the space upstairs. The place had plenty of games to play and a large, beautiful backyard. We really enjoyed the corn hole game outside. The location is picturesque and nice and close to the water. Joel’s communication was warm, friendly and exceptional. He gave us many recommendations of places to go to and it felt really personable. Thanks for a great stay!!
