What a magical time! Alan and Karyn’s lovingly restored farmhouse was beautifully curated with vintage pieces. It felt like we were staying in a mashup of the Alcott’s Orchard House meets Austen’s Bennet family abode in the English countryside. A fantastic mix of antique charm with modern comfort. Warm, thoughtful hosts who filled almost every room with fresh flowers before our arrival and were responsive and helpful. Easy check in, check out. Incredible kitchen with great cookware for enjoying cooking a festive meal with friends. Private, recharging, inspiring…the perfect 10/10 weekend escape. Stay here!! I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Excellent rental. Hosts are super nice. Plowed the driveway after every snowfall. Carried away trash when asked. Very quick to respond. Probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve had. They provided a lot of family board games. Great place to stay!
I can’t even say enough good things to describe how incredible this stay was. Alan and Karyn were so responsive, so friendly, and had the most wonderful home. This home is perfect in just about every way. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, you’ll be thrilled!
I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Alan and Karyn’s gorgeous farmhouse. My husband and I concur this was probably the *best* Airbnb we’ve ever visited. Perfect amenities were everywhere we looked. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Our two pups were very content during our stay. The farmhouse in Greenland is incredibly charming and relaxing. The home was spotless and exquisitely decorated with thoughtful pieces throughout. The surrounding woods are peaceful and provide an excellent background to your stay. Alan and Karyn are communicative and extremely accommodating hosts - they provided a beautiful welcome basket for me and my pup. Definitely recommend this listing!

My wife Karyn and I host an airbnb which is next door to my farm that I’ve owned since 1975. Plants have been grown on this space since at least 1949. I play the trumpet and we host band rehearsals in the barn next door most Thursday nights as well as a few outdoor concerts in the summer. Please feel free to stop by! I am a sculptor and like to work in clay as well as with sticks and found elements in nature.
