It was clearly not maintained with dirty, marked up walls throughout. The bath shower had pink mold in the corner. The kitchen didn't have enough garbage bags, dish towels and a dirty sponge was left behind to clean dishes. I would not recommend this condo.

Another wonderful stay! This was our second time renting this unit and both experiences were great. It is very spacious. The beds, including the pull-out couch, are comfortable. The large kitchen came in handy for a week long stay. We love the ocean front balcony with its beautiful view of the beach. The easy access to the beach is a huge perk of this location! All of our favorite spots were within walking distance. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. We highly recommend booking your Hampton Beach stay here!

This condo is in the perfect location. I could walk across the street to the quiet section of the beach and my kids could walk out to the right and be apart of the fun on the strip. Sumathi keeps a very clean and well stocked place. I highly recommend it and hope to be back!

This condo was very Clean and comfortable. Everything was almost new. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were really comfortable. A little noisy on the weekends due to traffic. But that is to be expected. The plus is that you get the beautiful ocean view! We woke up to many Beautiful sunrises, enjoyed our daily walk on the beach:)

This condo is in the perfect spot! Beautiful view of the beach, easy walk down to the beach and only a couple blocks from the boardwalk. Host was great with communication! We would definitely recommend staying here!
