The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, flat screen Smart TV, large master bathroom with oversized shower. Second bedroom has a King size bed with a very cozy atmosphere and a small fireplace. Third bedroom has a Queen size bed and Sofa that turns into a twin-size bed. The second and third bedrooms share a nice and modern bathroom. Full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room off the leaving room. There are 2 patios you can enjoy. The front patio is covered and has a very nice sectional that provides seating for 6-8, great for outdoor dinner experience. There is also a separate seating for 2 with a coffee table, overlooking the beautiful nature all around. The back patio is equipped with a large Gas Grill and very comfortable seating furniture, overlooking the pool area and the playground.
