Been going to florida every summer for about 13 years and It was our first time renting a Airbnb. Bob was such a great host. His house has everything you need ! We were very impressed. The house was very clean. We loved spending time in the pool, playing ping pong and board games. It gave us something to do while we weren’t out. We will definitely come back next year!

Fun Family Getaway Thanks for anticipating all our needs as we gathered in your beautiful home. We had some rain during our stay & we’re perfectly content to cook & relax & play in the game room. When the sun came out we had everything on hand to hit the beach. I have never experienced the level of cleanliness & comfort we found at Bob’s place!

I've been to PBC many times but this place was the best! Very clean, relaxingly comfortable, and close to everything. The pool may not be heated, but is perfectly positioned to soak up the sun rays all day. The pool area doesn't get too hot because there is an ocean breeze going all day long. The master bed is sooo comfy with pillows that contour to your head and a comforter that is softer than a feather. My beach buddy Sarah said her bed upstairs was even better! The kitchen is loaded with utensils and appliances (toasters, blenders, baking sheets, containers, etc.). We asked Bob if he had a ta kettle and Keurig...he had both sitting out for us in the kitchen when we arrived. Bob is the best!!!! By far, out of all the PCB Airbnb's Sarah and I have stayed in, Bob's place gets our vote for best house and best host, hands down. He was very proactive and kept in touch with us the whole time we were down there. I hope you invite us back.
