Check in was very long. Room was not in my name. I had my two toddlers who were already very irritable from a long car ride.. I called for an hour and finally got someone to answer. Host stated that they changed the room to my name. Front desk assured me it wasn’t changed and that they could not check me in. Called again, and it took forever to get an answer.. but it was finally fixed. The room was very nice and clean. I absolutely loved the stay, and will do it again in the future. If check in was not so unorganized and the host answered the phone just a little faster I woul have zero complaints a
