We had party of 14 (4 families) and had the perfect amount of space. I loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Destin’e reached out to me early on to help with the planning. She had great recommendations and let us know that most things would be closed on Easter weekend and helped us prepare for it. The house came with 3 golf carts which was so helpful as there was only one tiny car available for rental by the time we made our reservations. We had Chef Vandera 2 of the 5 nights and she was absolutely amazing. Would have honestly used her more knowing what we know now about the proximity of restaurants vs where the house is located. You have access to Grand Isle but they were at max capacity and would only let people who were staying with them make reservations. We were able to find some taxis to take us to a restaurant in town but it was quite pricey. Most restaurants, grocery stores are about a 20 min drive so I would load up on the provisions as best you can.

The house was great-we had 10 people, 6 adults and 4 kids. 2 bunk bed rooms and each bathroom was en-suite. The pool was huge and the outdoor area was great for eating and hanging out. Destine was our concierge and she was amazing-anything we needed she got it taken care of for us. My son got an ear infection while visiting the island and she helped us get a doctor to come to the house as well as picked up the medication from the pharmacy the next day for us. The beach is nearby and the golf carts were helpful to get around. The property is not necessarily close to to the downtown area so if you want to move around the island you will need a taxi and it can add up. Other than that if you bring everything you need and just plan on hanging at the house it is an awesome stay.

Stayed this past weekend. Here are the highlights: House is practically brand new. Large rooms, plenty of space, modern and clean. Chartered a boat tour with 50 Shades of Blue out of the marina and it was AWESOME! Captain Donnie was fantastic! Brand new boat, great trip - HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had Marva from Just Marvelous come to the house for massages and she was FANTASTIC, again HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had a few different Chefs come to the house to cook for us and Shariqua from Customized Catering was by far the best! She did 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch and 1 dinner for us, if we go back she'll cook every meal we eat! The Bad: Communication was terrible. Spent 9k during our stay and they expected us to pay with cash without telling us ahead of time Claim 24 hr concierge, but that's not the case. Didn't get the stuff we asked for on our list For such an expensive home, there's no ice maker, we had to pay for the water and overcharged for pool heat We will be back but not with Emerald Club

Once we were introduced to Lukiea, she made sure all of our needs were met. We were a large group of 15 to accommodate and she and Destiny exceeded our expectations. We were rained in due to weather and she brought games for us to play. Above the call of duty. Thoroughly impressed. The owner, Sean, was also accommodating and allowed use of his boat and set us up with tours and fishing charters at our request. Again, I cannot say enough about Lukiea and her hospitality. Chef Dena, superb!!! She came to the home and cooked the most fantastic meals and was able to accommodate vegan, allergies to seafood, red meats, etc. there was delicious food for everyone. It was family style and perfect for our group. Thank you to all!!
