We loved staying here, it is so peaceful and quiet. Love that it is out of Queenstown, close drive to both Queenstown and Arrowtown, supermarkets and adventure spots like the aj Hackett bridge. Could not be a better location, loved the river and the views. There is a lovely wood fire bbq outside and the house is really warm with either heating or fireplace. It really lives up to its name as a hidden gem, we will 100% be back!

It was really nicer than we expected. The gardens and grounds really stood out. The deck over looking the river was peaceful and so well done. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed a beautiful week in this stunning home. The location is fantastic, just a short drive into Queenstown, Arrowtown and Cromwell. We made use of the barbecue in the garden and the patio overlooking the arrow river with gorgeous mountain views. The house itself is very private and perfect for a family trip or group of friends. Great dining table for meals or boardgames. Agnesa was very responsive and helpful. The only thing to note is that there is a large fridge but no freezer (which is stated in the listing and house manual but we managed to miss) - if you accidentally bring ice creams be prepared to eat them all before they melt! Overall, couldn’t recommend this place more and will be back next time we’re visiting the area.
