The stay was wonderful throughout. I can highly recommend this place. The hostess is very nice and you have a really great location.

What a find! This was the perfect place to call home on our first (but definitely not last) family visit to Manitoulin Island. The place was bigger than expected, clean, and inviting. The kitchen was really well equipped, the waterfront peaceful and the views absolutely spectacular! Angie was super quick to respond to all our communications and needs, provided helpful information to easily find the cottage, and a great great list of suggestions for things to do and see on the island. We’ll be back here - hopefully for a longer visit next time.

The cottage was very clean and beds comfy! The views of the water and surrounding sights, sounds and smells of wilderness were fantastic. Swimming, fishing and lounging in the sunshine on gorgeous South Bay was literally steps from the cottage. We loved our peaceful time there and would love to visit again! Highly recommend.

Our stay at Angie’s beautiful cottage was amazing. Angie was a great host, easy to talk to and responded right away with any inquiries I had. The lake we were on is beautiful and feels private- we saw only a few boats. The cottage is spacious and very clean. The kitchen has everything you could need. If you have kids this is a great place to stay; our kids loved the paddle boat/canoe/and dingy boat. The large flat rocks at the water made it easy for the family to spend lots of time playing by the water. We would go back!

The photos accompanying the description do not do the cottage justice. It is far more spacious! Beautiful location, friendly, helpful and accommodating host(s). Everything you could want/need is provided for. Definitely on our “one to return to” list if/when we return to Manitoulin.
