Eric's flat was very nice! From check in to check out, everything was seamless. Eric was responsive to all our questions and concerns. The flat is conveniently located within a few minutes walk to multiple metro lines. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Paris.

We stayed here with our two kids and one grandparent, and this place was perfect! Plenty of space with a huge kitchen which was well stocked with dishes and utensils, which allowed us to take a break from restaurants for a few days and eat in. The location is very convenient, there are a few metro stops within a few minutes walk, a grocery store right downstairs and plenty of local restaurants nearby. Eric was a great host, very responsive and communications were smooth. We definitely would stay here again!

This place is amazing. Very spacious, modern and comfortable for a city like Paris, much better than the photos. We had a wonderful stay and Eric was a great host, quick to respond any questions we had and help us in any way we needed. Thank you, Eric, cannot wait to come back to Paris and stay here again🙏🏽

Great location. Easy walk to Rue De Rosies. Quiet building. Nice size kitchen. Bathrooms we’re comfortable with hot water and great water pressure. The heating in the apartment was great.

Our stay was just a few nights but the apartment was extremely comfortable & walkable to the metro & lots of great restaurants. Eric is a great host & was quick to respond & very helpful!
