I stayed one month in her accommodation and everything went well. It was near to the USF campus and it was so clean. I recommend this place specially for short-term stay.

The stay started fine, simple check in. Unfortunately, starting very early there was an issue with insects. It became serious when I woke up to a cockroach crawling on me in the bed. I alerted host immediately & also informed her of other bugs I had been encountering. She was aware of the issue & was very apologetic. She did a routine roach treatment that she said she does after every guest, cleaned out the bugs I had been killing that had accumulated & even changed the sheets. I really appreciated that. Sadly, that was not the end of that issue. After 10 days, I decided to end my booking early because I was still dealing with bugs everyday, multiple times a day. When I informed her of my decision she turned on me, blamed me for the roaches & tried to intimidate me out of the space while simultaneously withholding the refund for the remaining stay. She even made a futile attempt to report me in retaliation. More aggressive pest control & better professionalism would improve this space.

I had a fabulous 2 week stay with Julz and her family. The most amazing part was that I had to check in at 1:00 am when I got lost trying to find the place. On messaging my host, she not only responded immediately but also came to pick me up at that odd hour. The place is safe, very near to USF, clean and quiet. Host and her family are extremely warm and nice human beings.

Julz (and her family) was amazing! Very nice and easy-going interaction, however, you can have as much privacy as you wish. the apartment looks exactly like on the pictures and the area seemed quiet and safe. Julz even placed some little gifts in the room (snacks, equipment in the bathroom, welcome card). Danke Julz, I would always come back!
