Layla’s Place is a cozy and fully renovated studio apartment. Only 7 minutes away from Bush Gardens and Florida College is 3 minutes away! University of South Florida, Hard Rock Casino, and Florida state fairgrounds are all within 10 minute drive. You will have full privacy, an outdoor terrace, and your own parking space. Come stay with us and enjoy a wonderful stay. Laylas Place is a studio apartment attached to a family home. The airbnb is completely separated from the house meaning there are no connecting rooms or shared spaces with the family home. The walls are sound proof insulated and it has its own AC/ ventilation system. The entrance is located on the side of the property through a gate. There is a private terrace and entrance to the space. It is self check in using a code on a smart lock system. Everything you see in the pictures is part of the space!

Great place! We stayed here while visiting Busch Gardens. It was a short ride. Convenience store is 2 min away. Only one thing to say, the bed has a squeak. But overall great place! Well decorated, clutter free and great coffee! Thank you

Laura’s place was perfect for my needs. Visiting Tampa for a doctor appointment, but it’s close to Busch Gardens and when finding dinner I was pleased with the diversity of local eateries and markets in the area. Her place was private, quiet and clean with perfect amenities. Check in was a breeze and communication was prompt and informative. Will definitely stay again.

Good location for exploring Tampa area, we hopped down to the Everglades for a day as well (3-5 hours away depending on where in the National park you're heading to.) Place was cozy and squeaky clean, had everything we needed. Parking was easy also.

It is a family neighborhood with several schools around it. There is a golf course and a riverfront park with in 3 minutes. Temple Terrace downtown is only a mile away and there are many restaurants and grocery stores on 56th street.

There is a double driveway. The right side of the driveway is exclusively for guest parking. (Up to 2 cars back to back) Please do not park on the street.
