Matthew’s place was a great find. Located right next to a beautiful park and very easy to find. Check in was easy and the place was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home and would recommend to any of our friends visiting the Brandon area.

This place was an Absolute Luxury. We needed a last second rental and Matthew made sure we were well taken care of. The location was easy to find and less than 5 mins from Hard Rock Casino. I would definitely recommend to anyone heading to tampa area. I will be booking this place Again. Wish they had 10 stars to give.
Comfortable and very spacious. Host was friendly and laid back. Area was quiet and made it easy to get to the sports fields for the rugby tournament.
