John was very responsive with his communication, even before deciding to move forward with this rental. I noticed that the parking situation would be a bit of a work around. If others are staying within the same property there may not be parking in any of the designated spots. During the day, the street parking was pretty available. In the evening, I noticed after coming back from a concert, the parking was quite scarce and you may need to park a bit further down from the property. Some of the houses on the street look a bit questionable, but I did not feel unsafe. Checking in was very easy and John gave easy instructions. There was a distinct smell upon entering the property, but nothing unbearable. The beds were comfortable to sleep on and no TVs in the bedroom. Kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. However, there were roaches (4 of which I killed within my one night stay) throughout the bathroom and bedroom. Also the shower faucet was a constant drip, no way to stop it.

It’s good for spring breakers. We found the space useful, however there’s some rules regarding the thermostats & other small things that we wish we had more access too. Again it was a good 8/10 stay, it’s close to everything in Tampa especially the SOHO district.
