Cynthia非常有熱情，無論是對客人還是生活：） 地點也非常好，兩分鐘內到地鐵站，周遭生活機能也十分方便。最重要的是家裡的裝潢汗氣氛都很棒很有巧思，是在飯店裡找不到的。房間有點小但是住的很舒適。

I am forever grateful for the opportunity of staying with Cynthia. The apartment is beautiful and well located, but it's so much more than just that – staying with her is a unique chance to enjoy New York with it's vibrant life, the art, galleries, openings, events, parties, meeting new people, making new friends and so much more. Cynthia has a huge heart and always goes out of her way to make sure everyone is happy. I couldn't have dreamt of a better host and a more amazing stay in NYC!

Overwhelming! I felt home from the first second. Getting to know Cyn is really a present! She is full of energy and she willingly share everything with you, if you are interested. Her home is beautiful, full of art. Your room is nice and comfy, you’ll find all what you need and more. The neighbourhood is really full of Bar’s, Restaurants, Food market’s. Subway around the corner, Central Park 5 min. I felt safe 24 hours a day! Cyn was always available by phone, helpful with laundry and ready for having fun together. Staying with Cyn makes your time in NY more as an vacation, it’s a special adventure, you’ll getting to know interesting people and places, you’ll learn everything about nice black cars😉…..awesome!!!!!!!! I definitely have found a related soul! I’m really thankful!

I stayed for a month at Cynthia's, and location was super convenient - a block from the subway station on 96th, loved the close proximity to Central Park. Cynthia was always warm, cheerful, and helpful - she treated me immediately as a friend, telling me the most amusing stories, sharing her art, and offering me food! Cynthia's home is a work of art - thoughtfully designed and one-of-a-kind. Two guests can stay (two guest rooms down the hallway). This room consists of a bed (really comfortable), a couple nightstands, and a chair; a closet in the hallway. It’s cozy and warm, with a fan if it gets too hot. On some nights, there was noise from the neighbors, but Cynthia was proactive in addressing the situation. The common areas are on the smaller side so it can feel a bit crowded when everyone’s in the kitchen, but I appreciated being able to use the whole space to store food and even cook. Everything was kept clean, and Cynthia even helped me do some laundry. Thank you for everything!
