Everything went well! The home is cozy and Christian was such an awesome host! Cleanliness is a big deal for us, so it was nice to see that Christian makes sure the home is so neat and tidy!

Roaches. Do not rent this place unless you love and enjoy getting up close and personal with roaches. Our entire day was placed with roaches. My other guests refused to stay on the premise. We had to throw food away because of roaches. The entire reason for renting a longer stay Airbnb is to have clean usable facilities like the kitchen and we were unable to use…will not return.

Christians place was great and clean. The location felt safe for us (a group of young girls) all weekend. We went to float the river and it was a perfect distance from new braunfels!

The townhouse is spacious and clean, the neighborhood is good. No issues with noise. It is gated which is nice. The downstairs is much nicer than upstairs comfort/ decor wise. The backyard was overgrown with long dead grass..which was a concern with my little dogs having to go back there to use the restroom. The master bathroom toilet did not flush properly. (He offered to have a handyman come by but by the time he replied that ur stay was almost done) The beds are very hard. It was kinda like a king size cot. You can’t turn the thermostat down below 74 bc he said it will damage the unit so upstairs was pretty warm. Overall a decent place to stay.. although it felt over priced.
