This two level house is located right on Assos Sea Front. You enjoy unobstructed views of the beach and Assos castle. All restaurants in Assos are less than 5 minutes away on foot. Inside the house you enjoy bright interiors with white wooden floors. You can enjoy the views from the spacious balcony on the lower level or relax in the large patio on the top floor with some cocktails at night. The lower floor of the house still stands one level higher than the sea. You access the house via a traditional stone staircase that takes you to the rear part of the property. You enter the house through a cozy, private small garden. Inside the lower floor you find a bright living room , equipped with a 42inch Smart TV. In the same open space you find the kitchen and indoor dining area. You can also enjoy your meal in the spacious balcony while enjoying views of Assos and the Castle. While on this floor you can use a compact full bathroom. You can also cool or heat the space using a powerful ceiling mounted A/C unit. A stylish "hanging" staircase takes you to the upper floor. There you find two bedrooms. One in the front that enjoy sea views and one in the rear part with great mountain views. Both bedrooms are equipped with autonomous A/C units. The latter bedroom is also equipped with a 160x85 sit-stand desk with a pre-installed 32 inch monitor and comfortable desk chair. If you need to work remotely during your stay, this will be ideal for you. This bedroom is also complemented by a compact full bathroom. You can exit the bedrooms and move outside to the spacious fully open patio. This is where you can enjoy bright sunshine during the day or chilled drinks during the night on comfortable chaise longue chairs.
