Great stay! Overall, 5 stars. Very close to seven springs, the free shuttles were super convenient. Had some difficulty getting a hold of host at check in for code, but was resolved. Overall, a great value for the room, location, etc!

Where do I start with this?! Major issue when we first checked in with the temperature in the rental. It was incredibly hot at 79/80 degrees. The unit was listed with air conditioning and what the situation with it was. However we believe this was very misleading as it took all night and i to the early hours of the morning to get to a bearable temperature and with two three year olds with us it was a nightmare. When I communicated this to the host, he didn’t seem that helpful at all and mentioned the wi does being open and that I could possibly buy a window unit at an agreed upon price and that amount would be taken off the price of the rental. At that point it was later into the night and there wasn’t anything we could do with that. This was very misleading as far as having air. The air was barely functional. The place wasn’t cleaned that good at all. It had bugs and large clumps of dust in corners of bathrooms and bedrooms. Both bathrooms has mold in showers.

Perfect location for the resort. Shuttle bus right outside the door and ran all the time. The space was great and beds were comfy! Loved all the wood, was really pretty. Could use some updates, but overall we had a great time.
