✅️ •decent size and location •smart tv •decent WiFi •decently equipped kitchen •has a garden •free parking •Smarter Rent responsive to problems •good location ❌️ •entry to property there are paving slabs, couple are very loose my mother fell because of this and sustained a very nasty cut by her eye and down her face which needed medical attention •on arrival the main bathroom light not working and neither the downstairs toilet •all rugs were quite heavily stained •a number of kitchen floor tiles badly cracked and some move when you walk on them •yellow stained mattress protector •pillows stained •garden maintenance turn up unannounced

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris de la propreté de la maison. Elle a d’ailleurs été restaurée très récemment, ça n’en fait aucun doute! Juste deux petites suggestions d’amélioration: il faudrait des casseroles permettant de cuisiner pour 5 personnes et également prévoir 5 chaises pour manger à table en famille ( il n’y en avait que 4). Nous avions demandé à séparer les lits mais cela n’a pas été fait. Nous avions précisé lors de la réservation et envoyé un message sur l’application qui n’a pas eut de réponse. Ils nous ont appelé le lendemain pour nous proposer d’y remédier mais nous avons décliné leur proposition car trop tard. Malgré cela, nous avons été Globalement très satisfait de notre séjour et si besoin, on reviendra sans soucis!

Another great stay with this wonderful host. The local area has been wonderful to explore in the coming spring, especially the local woodland and country park. With 4 good playparks all within walking distance. The house is modern yet cozy with everything you could need for a short or long stay. Lots of attention to detail. The ensuite showerroom was particularly handy for my partner who works nights Highly recommend.

Lovley clean modern house. Very comfortable beds. Nice linins. Well equipped kitchen and little touches around the house. It has been well thought out for the purpose of short and long stay guests. Guest control of heating and water. It really did feel like a home. There are multiple play parks around for children and a nature reserve/river walks on the doorstep. We loved exploring the woodland and river. There are several trails that take you into Brookwood, St Johns and Woking. Regular buses and easy transportation. The town center is a short walk away with some delightful cafes and shops. There is easy acess to supermarkets. Overall a 5* experience
