We stayed in this cozy cottage on our recent trip to Knoxville for a UT college tour and football game. The location was very convenient for accessing the north side of Knoxville and avoiding most traffic related to the game. It was only about a 15 minute drive, but being on top of this hill in the woods of Fountain City made you feel you were worlds away. The views of the mountains in the distance were beautiful. And my teenage son enjoyed the tennis and basketball court. If we had had more time I would have loved to make use of the firepit. Oh, by the way, the bathroom is indeed tiny but the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot!

This was such a beautiful setting for a little cottage. As previous reviews stated, the bathroom is super tiny, but had everything you need. Our son loved the tennis/basketball court and would spend hours there if we let him.

Jaclyn's farmhouse type cottage with a mountain view was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here. Our pup enjoyed a fenced in yard and lots of play time plus a petsafe dog park was under 1 mile away. Jaclyn had left us many *extra* considerate things that really made us feel welcomed and at home. There were treats and drinks for us, and for our pup! The location is convenient to grocery stores (Krugers) and only 15 minutes from downtown Knox. There was no formal dining area but there is a large coffee table that opens up and dining trays. We had everything we needed to cook. The bathroom is small and off one bedroom, so if someone is a big & tall, or if you don't want someone going through your bedroom this might be a bit of a challenge. We were okay with it and we are both tall -but it was tight! Overall we totally loved it and would absolutely stay again. PLUS they keep bees and we were able to purchase some local wildflower honey to bring home with us.

this is a very cute home and the host is amazing. she really put alot of thought and detail into things. there was alot of little personal touch items, like sodas in the fridge and even a little treat for our fur babies. there is a nice fenced in yard for the kids, or fur babies to run and play, firewood. Basically everything you need so you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy your vacation. would definitely stay here again

The space was perfect for our weekend stay in Knoxville. Jaclyn had the house stocked with all the comforts of home. The view of the Smoky Mountains is a dream. Absolutely magnificent!
