My wife and I were looking for a place close to University of Tennessee to attend a sorority parents weekend. We went to two Tennessee baseball games, out to dinner and a brunch over a weekend. Traveling back and fourth from this cottage to campus. It was so convenient, easy to find, we felt safe and it is located within walking distance to a wonderful coffeehouse bakery. We had a great stay. It’s in a really neat part of town with lots to do. Super close to downtown. We will stay again next time we are in Knoxville!

This house has become our home away from home when we visit our daughter at UT. We love the space and the comfort of the home. It is within 10 minutes of campus, and Kaylan is responsive and helpful.

Comfortable and appealing place to stay for a long weekend, easy to access, easy to find, well equipped, nicely kept. Two nice sized bedrooms, and the living room is large and bright and comfortable, very pleasant in the morning. For fun, take 30 minutes and flip through the guestbook. Host was attentive and responsive. If you like to avoid driving, and are out late, know that the walk back up Central isn't beautiful and the streets are well-lit but pretty empty. The bus stops running early in the evening, and the rental scooters shut off at midnight, so your options are limited. The neighborhood around the unit feels quite safe. The cafe at the end of the block must be amazing, judging by the lines out the into the parking lot, but don't wait to go Monday morning, they are closed! There's a nice market about half a mile down Central where you can stock up. I only used the kitchen for coffee in the morning, but it looks well equipped. Hope to return next year.

We have stayed here multiple times over the past year and a half. It has become our home away from home when we visit our daughter at UTK. Comfortable space, close to campus but far enough away that it's quiet and not surrounded by the bars. Kaylan is a fantastic host!
