房间干净整洁，周围交通也很方便，房东超级可爱！下次来还住这里！

We chose this property as we have stayed in this complex previously and loved the location. Unfortunately we had many issues with the state of this property and almost had to move to another location just days before Christmas. The main issues were - Mould in the bathroom - Broken Curtains - Broken Air conditioning - Broken front door - Broken TV Remotes with no TV channels - Lack of cutlery/utensils etc - Broken outdoor furniture Although some of these issues were fixed the communication from the host was poor and slow. It is such a shame because these issues could have been resolved very quickly had the host maintained the property, done checks before/after check in/out and had better communication with us. We would definitely stay in this complex again but not with this host

pros: *hana is a nice host, very responsive and helpful *Generally a good value for money *nice apartment building, good and nice security *nice pool *good internet, a/c and hot water. *the kitchen is ok, fine for cooking small dishes. cons: *there are signs all over that saying that daily staying is not welcome and there is a risk of a fine. although no one seem to care or ask about my stay, it still doesn't feel very welcoming. *there were ants on the kitchen, i had to purchase ant killer spray. *not the best smell * they ask you to check in one hour later than mentioned on airbnb and check out one hour early. although i asked to check at the time written (12:00) and was approved. *lots of lights in the apartment, but most of them don't work. so not much light. *It is difficult to to impossible to close/open the curtains all the way *kinda far from most of places, not really much close restaurants or convince stores.
