Great place to stay

A friend messaged me in a bit of a panic because what she thought would be a 4 hour layover turned into a 30 hour layover in Manila. As she boarded the 2nd of three flights on her way to Manila she asked me for help. I found John Cedric's listing and knew that it would be perfect. It was close to the airport (actually walkable from Terminal 3 - although my friend was not in any shape to attempt that). John was quick to communicate directions for my friend's last minute stay. She said that John and his team made her feel like she was a friend and put her at ease immediately. She also said that she got the best night's sleep that she had had in a while. There are multiple restaurants just outside the door of the condo building. A pharmacy and convivence stores are also close by. I am extremely grateful to John for making sure that my friend made it back to the airport to catch her flight the next evening.

It was a wonderful stay and no hassle checking in. John allowed us to check in early despite of late notice. Place is clean, location is very convenient in everything and very close to NAIA 3.

Once again I was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness and hospitality here. I ended up having to make a last-minute trip to Manila. The host was very accommodating. This is so far my favorite place to stay in Manila.

This place was great. Had an awesome view. Plenty of places to eat in the area. The area itself was pretty nice too. Very close to the airport, Terminal 3. I had a doctors appointment on the day that I was checking out and John allowed me to check out an hour or two later free of charge! I'll definitely be staying here again if i have the chance.
