Run don’t walk from this listing. This is in a very unsafe neighborhood. You can search crime in this location. The pictures are enhanced to make it look light and airy. Rather it is small and confining, more like a prison. Bathtub is rusty and stained. Cockroaches running out of outdoor AC unit. Junk piled in shared yard. The host refused a refund. Ultimately we got back $332.52 - a far cry from what we paid. I have to believe the one review was staged. Check street view maps and research the area. Unfortunately we didn’t. We were in a bind to find something after our first Airbnb was musty with mold and went by the pictures and description. Never again with Airbnb.

Evolve’s place was perfect for us! We were in town for work, and it was nice to have a clean, comfy place to come home to. The local host contact was very communicative and very helpful.
