My name is Pin. I was born in Chiangmai and my family has been living here for generations. I run this Airbnb with my parents and we would love to welcome you all and provide a pleasant stay in our beloved Chiangmai. And hopefully you will fall in love with Chiangmai like we do. This apartment is nested in a local residential area amongst street food and many cafes with easy access to Maya shopping mall and a bustling Nimmanhemin Rd. so you can enjoy a local neighbourhood comfortably. This is a private 32 sqm studio apartment with a comfortable king size bed, a working desk and chair, a compact dining table for two, a private kitchen, a private bathroom and a smart TV. We also provide internet router to ensure stable internet connection. It is perfect for a long trip and workation. The apartment is spacious for two to stay comfortably. Kitchenwares and cooking utensils are provided so you can cook your own meals when you want to. There is also a small balcony, which is good for drying your clothes after washing. On the sixth floor, there is a small rooftop pool which is opened all year round, you can dip and watch sunset and beautiful mountains. Some of our guests also love to work there and enjoy the scenery. Across the building, there is a nice cafe, Arte Cafe, for all-day breakfast (they also serve a really good coffee), a big gym called Mayan Gym (really good Thai boxing trainer), a small minimart, and 2-3 laundromats. Coin washing machine and free RO drinking water is provided on the first floor. Free parking is provided, no need for reservation. **Important Notice** For long stay of 28 nights or more, electricity fee and water usage fee will be charged separately so it keeps the rental fee low for those who don’t use electric much, please see more information on “Other details to note” section and rules.
