This three bedroom/two bath home is only 1 mile from the University of Arkansas and downtown Fayetteville. Perfect for families traveling to the University of Fayetteville for games and graduations, or a relaxing getaway close to all Fayetteville has to offer. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you should need during your stay. We provide coffee grounds, coffee pods, and your most commonly used spices. The living room is equipped with a 55” SMART TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Feel free to log in to any streaming device. Two bedrooms upstairs with a jack and jill bathroom and one bedroom downstairs with a connecting bathroom. Upstairs is an extra room with a TV and air hockey table for the kids to hangout. LAUNDRY ROOM is upstairs. Laundry detergent pods & dryer sheets are provided. There is PARKING available for two vehicles. If you are traveling with more, please make plans to carpool. We share a driveway with our neighbor therefore we cannot block it. There is a fire pit out back with chairs and complimentary firewood for those chilly nights. A GRILL is located out back and grilling tools are provided. Fayetteville quiet hours are between 1am-8am. Please be RESPECTFUL our surrounding neighbors.

very nice and clean. looked very much as described on the website. Liked the private driveway and carport so easy to get onto the busy street. The beds were comfortable and clean, and it was quiet, even on the busy street. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and charm.

This has been the best two days & nights. The place was in the perfect location when going to games and needing quick & good restaurants to eat at. Also, Skylar responds so fast. I pressed send and barely looked away from my phone when she had already answered. That’s been our experience since making the reservation. Beds were very comfortable and was actually very quiet even though it’s on a busy street close to the college. Just a PERFECT trip for all 4 of us
We loved our stay here! The location is great and super close to everything. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Skylar was friendly and easy to communicate with.
Our group had a lovely time at skylar’s. We had a lot of fun around the outdoor fire pit and it was really relaxing, private, and clean

We are located right off of MLK and only one mile from the University of Arkansas and downtown Fayetteville. We have provided a guidebook for all recommendations for food, shopping, bars and more.
Uber is available in this area for getting around. The house has parking for TWO vehicles. There is no space to park on the street. The driveway is shared with our neighbor so please do not block. Please plan to carpool of you are traveling with more than two vehicles.
