The place is good and clean. The building was wonderful and loved it, but needs an access card which you have to use it everywhere in the building such as (gates, gym, pool, and parking) and for me wasn’t provided by the host asked the host to give but unfortunately nothing. The rooms AC wasn’t working at all the controller was a decoration only. No tissues in the apartment or bathroom. Sorry if I was very harsh in this message. I hope you get better in future

Place was extremely dirty. Not enough words to describe the dirtiness. Upon arriving, they forgot to provide enough bedsheets for the right amount of people so 1 person had to go to a hotel. The bathroom has a lot of mould, especially in the shower. Toilet had stains of pee. Behind the washing machine we found a full box of dirty rotten eggs. The duvet cover was full of black hairs. Not a few hairs, but full of long black hairs. Pillows were full of dirty yellow stains of sweat. Glas windows in the house was full of stains of hands. Had not been cleaned in a long time. Every cabinet, every walll of the kitchen wasnt cleaned in a long time. Worst of all, is that we communicated with the host to clean again , we have send her many messages on her phone. She has read the messages but never responded and never cared to send again a cleaner. The sofa bed, the carpet... its disgusting and full of dirty stains.
